Salsa Chicken turned Fajitas

3-4 frozen chicken breasts
16 oz. bottle chunky salsa (we prefer Pace)
1 packet taco seasoning (Old El Paso is our favorite)
flour tortillas
shredded cheese, sour cream (for garnish)

In a large slow cooker pour half of the salsa into the bottom. Place chicken breasts on top of the salsa, then add taco seasoning and remainder of the salsa. Cook on low for 3-4 hours. Presto! Dinner is ready! We like to have ours as fajitas so we load up a tortilla with the salsa chicken, shredded cheese and sour cream. These are delicious and SO easy! Even my picky eaters wolf them down. You could add any garnish you want (taco sauce, red or green peppers, onions, lettuce), but the flavor of this chicken is fabulous.

*Note: Slow cookers vary, so you may want to add a bit of chicken broth to it if your slow cooker cooks at a higher temp.
